During the diagnostic we will take a look at your device to figure out the problem, but will not make any repairs. We will first inform you of a quote that will include labor as well as replacement parts. If you choose to go forward with the repair, the diagnostic fee will be waived. If not, the $69.99 for the diagnostic will be applied.
